Yes! General admission to The Novium Museum is completely free for all visitors. There is no need to book in advance — simply drop in during our opening hours and explore at your leisure. Some special exhibitions and events may carry a small charge.

There are several car parks within easy walking distance of The Novium, including the Little London Road car park and the multi-storey car park at Avenue de Chartres. Limited on-street parking is also available, though restrictions apply. The Chichester Park & Ride service is a convenient alternative, with stops near the city centre.

The Novium Museum is fully wheelchair accessible with a lift serving all three floors. We offer accessible toilets, a hearing loop in our learning spaces, and large-print gallery guides. Assistance dogs are welcome throughout the building. Please contact us before your visit if you have specific requirements and we will do our utmost to help.

Photography for personal use is welcome in most gallery areas without flash. However, some loaned objects in temporary exhibitions may have restrictions — please look for signage near individual displays. For commercial photography or filming, please contact the museum in advance to arrange a permit.
